Time-travelling adventure game The Silent Age was quite surprising when it first came out on mobile. It offered a polished and fun experience for free and went on to be updated with a second chapter that concluded its grim but interesting story.

Well it wasn't the end it seems as the game has been updated with HD visuals, achievements and the text is now localized in six new languages.

But even better, the game is now fully voiced, with actor Owen Thomas playing the main character Joe.

Are you wondering how the game sounds now that it's no longer silent? Check out the intro of the game below:

Pine Studio’s Escape Legends is a PvP escape game inspired by battle royales that’s just landed on iOS devices, with an Android version coming later.

Featuring procedurally-generated rooms, players have to put their skills to the test in this ticking time bomb of a game where the first person to escape takes all the glory. Using items and power-ups to outsmart your opponents, it becomes a case of proving you’re always one step ahead to reach victory.

As you play, you’ll move through different puzzle rooms aiming to solve them as fast as possible before moving onto the next. Power-ups and special items also become available here to help you stay ahead of the curve, while you must also stay aware of other players using those same abilities against you. Many of the puzzle mini games are stuff you’d already be familiar with: hidden object searches, matching tiles, and a virtual chess board make up just a few that are available.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate’s release date is creeping ever closer. To help us prepare for the big day, Nintendo’s gone and released a seven-minute long video giving us a detailed overview of the game. It might not be as good as playing the game itself, but it should be enough to hold you over until December.

The fast-paced footage is narrated by The Announcer, and gives us a look at how the game will play in both TV and handheld modes, as well as an up-close look of each fighter in action. You’ll notice each character comes with fun little throwbacks to their original games, and the stages are full of clever little details.

This week The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has seen an interesting addition from its version 1.3.1 update, namely regarding the news.

According to Nintendo's site, version 1.3.1 gives us the ability to earn in-game items through the news channels themselves. As it says in the patch notes:

"In-game items can now be obtained from launching the software from certain articles distributed through a new News channel ("The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild – Tips from the Wild") which can be accessed through News on the Home menu. Depending on your game progress and location, certain items may not be obtainable."

Whilst that does sound super cool, and will likely be pretty beneficial later on, the first experience of this wasn't quite so exciting as you're gifted a handful of apples and a little bit of raw meat. But that's at least a few hearts, so who am I to complain?

If you've got a Switch and Breath of the Wild, try it out yourself by taking a look at Tips From the Wild and starting the software from the article.
